Most students who apply to Taylor are actively committed to a specific community. These communities may be academic or extra-curricular school or local organizations, church groups, or focused on an area of social justice. We are looking for community scholars who are active now, and will continue to add to our Taylor community by bringing their passion to campus and continuing in areas of service. 

To apply for the Community Scholarship, we want to hear about work that is meaningful to you.  Identify a specific opportunity where you are involved, ways in which you participate, and explain your motivation.  We look forward to learning more about your current work and ways you hope to continue using your gifts, talents and interest during your college career.
