NEXT: Strategic Vision & Planning for Pastors & Churches

Taylor University wants to help you and your church in this important work.

Join us online and on campus for a series of sessions designed to help church leaders envision where God is calling their congregation and a plan to make it happen. By engaging some of the leading voices on the process of developing a vision and plan, you will be inspired and equipped to lead your congregations in developing a plan that moves the church forward for godly good.

We are thrilled to invite you to a conference designed to prepare you to develop a strong vision for your church's future and a specific plan to realize it.  By following our suggested framework, your church can develop a vision and actionable plan by late summer and begin the coming ministry year with a compelling direction and focus, guided by the Lord and developed with a team of committed volunteer and/or church staff leaders.

Note:  There will be a two-hour online orientation session on April 11 and a follow-up online session on May 13 in addition to the in-person day-long session on April 29.
